MUST wear/bring athletic attire to stay in for the duration of session. Sports/athletic recovery; targeting specific muscle groups, fascia, energy and movement. Techniques/tools included: cupping (static or gliding), red light therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, deep pressure, fascia release, heated muscle scraping (IASTM), assisted stretching (active/passive), PNF, mobility, MFR and trigger point therapy. Best results come with consistency and routine; expect to be given homework for at home maintenance
