Athletic Therapy
This 60-minute session includes a comprehensive assessment of your injury, posture, movement patterns, and overall function. Your Certified Athletic Therapist will take a detailed history, perform physical testing, and develop a personalized treatment and rehab plan. Hands-on manual therapy and guided exercise may be included in your first visit to begin addressing your goals right away. Ideal for new injuries, chronic pain, or returning to activity after time off.
