During the Initial visit, Dr. Raj Salaria Manual Osteopath will take a detailed history of your concern, and past medical history in addition to your family history & social history and conduct an Osteopathic assessment to make an Osteopathic diagnosis. With your input will make a proposed Osteopathic treatment plan to achieve your health goals. (If you may fill out and submit the Initial Osteopathic & Healing Oak Intake forms- that will help Dr. R Salaria to provide more time for Osteopathic Assessment & if time permits might start MO treatment). The initial assessment takes about 75-90 min depending upon Client's concern and Osteopathic assessment ** NOTE- From MAY 01, 2023 onwards if paying by CREDIT CARD a surcharge of $3.60( @2.40%) will be added to $150.
