This service is designed to provide education, exercise guidance, and training recommendations within a rehabilitation and performance-focused framework, with an emphasis on supporting recovery, gradual progression, and reducing injury risk. Your initial visit includes a discussion of your training history, current fitness, goals, injury considerations, and schedule. Based on your needs, individualized exercise and training recommendations will be provided to help support safe progression, recovery, and performance. Strength training plans and mobility programming are also available. Appointments can also be booked as one-on-one in-office strength training sessions focused on movement quality, exercise progression, and return to activity.
