Your initial appointment involves a detailed patient intake, including a thorough health history and complaint-oriented physical examination. Pressing prescriptions are made during this appointment. An intake form will be sent to you in advance of your appointment; we ask that you please return it 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
