Massage
Prenatal massage is a type that's similar to regular massage – it aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But prenatal massage is also customized to the needs of the pregnant individual and their changing bodies, and therapists trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly

Buccal massage is a specialized intraoral technique that combines external sculpting with internal massage of the facial muscles. By placing a gloved finger inside the mouth while supporting tissues externally, practitioners can directly access deeper layers of the facial muscles and ligaments. This unique technique allows us to release chronic tension, mobilize fascia, and stimulate lymphatic and circulatory pathways. This practice is both therapeutic and aesthetic: it can ease jaw pain and TMJ dysfunction, reduce puffiness by encouraging drainage, and create natural lifting and sculpting effects. Buccal massage also facilitates profound relaxation, stress relief and emotional release by activating the parasympathetic nervous system ("rest and digest").
