Acupuncture
This 60 min appointment is for new patients, or for patients who have not received acupuncture treatment at OCR within the past 9 months. Your initial acupuncture assessment includes a comprehensive consultation with a Registered Acupuncturist to better understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and overall wellness goals. Using principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the assessment focuses on identifying patterns of imbalance within the body to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Physiotherapy
A 60-minute comprehensive assessment of your running mechanics with one of our physiotherapists. We evaluate your running form, stride, movement patterns, strength, and mobility to identify inefficiencies, imbalances, and potential injury risks. Whether you’re new to running or an experienced athlete, the goal is to help you run stronger, safer, and more efficiently. The running assessment will include video analysis and will take place outside.
