Using a mixture of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, and Heat, the massage will be given based on client needs. Consultation will be done with first time clients to create a treatment plan. Using different modalities will help to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Massage Therapist will use Cupping, or Warm Bamboo depending on your needs.
