Rae supports clients in feeling more at ease in their bodies through stress reduction and pain management. Her journey into reiki and massage therapy began as a way to navigate challenges in her own life, where she discovered a deep sense of purpose in being of service to others on their healing paths. During the height of the pandemic, while working in dry grocery retail, Rae experienced a spiritual awakening that clarified she was not aligned with her calling. She began practicing reiki in 2020 and became a licensed massage therapist in 2022. Rae has worked across a range of settings, from deeply relaxing spa work to more therapeutic bodywork. She brings an intuitive, energetically attuned approach to each session, emphasizing precise, thoughtful pressure over forceful intensity. Guided by presence and consciousness, she views bodywork as a sacred exchange that meets each client where they are, honoring that healing is not linear. Her style is a dance of steady compression and fluid movement calling from training in lomi lomi, reflexology, and zen shiatsu. Outside of work, she enjoys road trips to new nature spots, upcycled art projects, and baking new cookie recipes.
