My goal is to help those who are in pain by relieving muscle tension with therapeutic massage. I'm a fix it type & very detail oriented. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Please note that due to the slow nature of deep tissue massage, 60 minutes is NOT a full body massage.
