I'm a huge believer in carving out times amidst life's stressors for self-care. These are the times that spark joy and make life balanced and worth living. I hope to facilitate your self-care by creating a safe, relaxing space to breathe and focus on the body, tuning down the sympathetic nervous system and giving attention to the places where tension and pain linger. I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue, and can also use hot stones and more targeted therapeutic work for stubborn trouble spots. My strengths when it comes to bodywork include never rushing or phoning in a massage and giving my best effort every time, using slow movements which promote relaxation, building from light to deep. I have an eclectic background and speak (to a limited degree) Spanish, German and a little French. I'm happy to converse or let you enjoy the silence. The session is about you !
