I believe in the power of touch as a profound tool for healinghelping the body, mind, and spirit return to balance. As a student massage therapist, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can release tension and reconnect with your own inner strength. Some of my background includes Reiki (Master Teacher), Cacao Facilitation, and Anyon Bodywork (200hr); a holistic practice that blends breath work, deep tissue release, and energy flow to address both emotional and physical imbalances. My hope is that each session helps you feel more connected, more at ease, and more yourself.
