Our purpose is to engage parasympathetic nervous system response, bringing mind and body into a calm state. My intention is to create a safe space to mitigate stress and promote restoration. All sessions are designed to meet your unique needs while addressing the root of your concerns. Together we will facilitate peace and encourage healing. I use gliding movements, kneading, compression, and rocking. Upon request, I include intentional breathing, myofascial work, and light stretching. I offer a full classic Swedish, including face and scalp. Im happy to offer cupping, scraping, hot bamboo, and hot stones.
