LaStone therapy uses hot and cold stones to facilitate change in the muscular, vascular, lymphatic, and/or digestive systems. Stones are the center-piece, delivering hot and cold temperatures for therapeutic effect. LaStone takes a minimum of 90 minutes. In a longer session, 2 hours, other modalities may be added ( singing bowls, Reiki, Craniosacral therapy).
