Lexi offers trauma-informed bodywork for those seeking to slow down, soften tension, and create more ease in their body. She creates a space where clients feel deeply held, supporting the nervous system to unwind for chronic pain relief and greater freedom of movement. With a background in WATSU warm water therapy, Lexi is guided by the essence of water. Her work is slow, rhythmic, and intuitive with long, fluid movements that follow the breath. Rooted in Traditional Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, and Ayurvedic Principles, her integrated sessions incorporate Lymphatic Drainage, Abdominal Work, Structural Integration, Neurofasical Techniques, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Warm Stones to restore flow and connection through holistic care. Trained at the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Hawaii, Lexi brings a grounded, meditative energy to each session. Her loving presence, attunement, and somatic awareness help clients feel more connected to the inner wisdom of their body.
Swedish Esalen massage is an integrative bodywork that incorporates elements of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, or stretching, to address specific areas of tension in the body. The massage is performed with long, flowing motions to release tension in the muscles and promote relaxation.
