Utilizing self reflection, somatic and emotional awareness, ritual and massage or healing touch, HW provides connection to both our inner and outer resources. It develops greater body and emotional awareness through collaborative exploration. We explore the flow and movement between other and self connection. It supports self reliance and asking for support when needed. This sessions includes a minimum of 60 minutes of massage.
