Education and Experience: Nidhi obtained her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2015 and gained five years of clinical physiotherapy experience there. She moved to Canada in 2021, successfully passed her licensing exam in 2023, and has since built valuable experience working at Surrey Memorial Hospital as well as in multidisciplinary clinics across British Columbia. She also has extensive experience teaching and conducting yoga and wellness classes in India. Subjects of Interest: Nidhis clinical interests include treating chronic neck and back pain, shoulder and knee injuries, sports injuries, muscle and ligament sprains, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritic conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, and pain and posture management strategies. Strengths: Nidhis strengths lie in setting realistic goals with her patients and guiding them toward achieving those goals. She focuses on client-centered care by taking the time to listen, communicate, and involve patients in every step of their recovery journey. Her approach is hands-on and evidence-based, and she is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that empower individuals to regain mobility, build strength, and return to their daily lives with confidence. Hobbies: In her spare time, Nidhi enjoys exploring nature, practicing yoga, and staying active in her local community. Nidhi believes physiotherapy is an exciting and challenging profession and is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills.
