I am a massage therapist that specializes in catering each individual therapy session to my clients' individual needs. I continue to improve my expertise through education and development of my own new innovative techniques that are more efficient, less painful for the patient, and create better fluidity of movement in joints for high performance. I graduated from MN School of Business in 2016 with an Associates in Massage Therapy and have over 15 years' of experience in the massage therapy industry. I am licensed in Austin, MN, and MBLEX certified as a massage therapist. I offer a variety of massage treatments: Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and specializing in Intuitive and Sound Healing therapy.
Prenatal massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, hip pain, stiff neck, leg cramps, and headaches.
