In this 1 hour session we can work on 1 focused area. Therapeutic massage is a manual therapy technique that involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. We incorporate Swedish stokes to increase circulation, warm towels , scalp and facial massage. Cupping, hot stones and warm towels are always included.
