Caroline Horner, RMT
329 Redfern Dr, Vanderhoof, BC, V0J 3A2
I was born and raised in Vanderhoof, and completed my registration to become an RMT in 2021. I like creating treatment plans that focus on my clients individual goals, such as injury recovery, managing soft tissue discomfort and maintenance of improved posture. I value an assessment-based approach to treatment and use a variety of techniques such as instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), myofascial release, joint mobilization, sports massage techniques, and general swedish massage. I am passionate about working with my clients through many conditions, examples of which include rehabilitation from a recent injury, treating chronic issues, establishing postural awareness and relief from nerve impingement. I like to include sport massage treatment techniques such as active/passive stretching and include home care options including stretching, strengthening exercises, and postural exercises at the end of the treatment. I enjoy spending time outside, hiking and taking in the scenery of beautiful B.C. I love playing many sports including softball, volleyball, badminton and rock climbing.
