It is both an honor and a privilege to engage in this work. I approach massage therapy with the same mindset that I bring to life: everything is interconnected. In my practice, I blend Eastern and Western modalities to address the entire well-being of each individual. I apply myofascial and neuromusculartechniques to relieve muscular tension and dysfunction, Swedish techniques to encourage relaxation, and Shiatsu methods to enhance energy flow and balance. Every session is customized to meet your unique needs on the day of your appointment. In addition to Swedish massage, I am also trained in Ayurvedic Bodywork, twostyles of Barefoot Massage (Sarga Silks and FasciAshi), Trigger Point Therapy/NMT, and Chinese Cupping.
