Joyce Detrich is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing bodywork for over 25 years. She is experienced in Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial work, and Reiki. She specializes in table Thai Massage as well as creating at home plans for self-care stretching/strengthening techniques to help you continue care on your own between massages. She enjoys working with all types of clients but especially those with chronic pain. When she isnt giving massages, you may find her teaching Tai Chi in a local park or hiking in the mountains with her dogs.
Massage Therapy
Choose duration of 60 min, 75 min. or 90 min. Moderate to deep pressure massage using modalities such as: Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping Massage, Swedish, Reflexology, Myofascial depending on your individual "kneads". Complimentary essential oils used at your request.
Reflexology
A pressure technique applied to reflex points on the feet and calves that correspond to the individual glands, systems, and organs. Reflexology improves nerve and blood supply, activating the central nervous system to allow the body to bring itself into balance.
