I received my massage license in 2004 after attending the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle. A strong focus on massage for pain relief and injury treatment early in my career informs my relaxing yet therapeutic style of massage which is a flowing blend of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point work. Off days I am usually doing something outside and enjoy spending time with my family fishing, crabbing, kayaking, hiking and gardening.
