Massage Therapy
Customized massage to the needs/wants of the client, using modalities such as Swedish, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Grigorian method, and Myofascial Release. I work with many clients who have chronic pain to improve their quality of life.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Foot reflexology is not a foot massage. Pressure is applied to the reflex points in the feet, hands or ears using specific hand and finger techniques in order to affect the corresponding body part or organ.
