Becoming a massage therapist was a natural transition after more than five years as a Division i collegiate strength and conditioning coach at the University of Wisconsin and Oklahoma University. Through my years of coaching and competing internationally as a boxer for Team USA (2020), I realized that true resilience- both physical and mental- requires just as much if not more focus on recovery and restoration (workIN) as it does on training (workOUT). This understanding led me to pursue massage therapy, studying at East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison Wisconsin. It was here, I trained in both Eastern and Western healing modalities. Since earning my license in 2019, I've had the oppurtunity to work with a diverse range of clients, offering deep tissue, sports massage, Tui NA, cupping, acupressure, and Swedish massage. My approach integrated the best of both Eastern and Western therapies to support individuals of all backgrounds, goals, and performance levels. My philosophy: Massage therapy isn't just about relaxation- it's a key to unlocking higher performance and the frame and a cornerstone of overall wellness.
Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.
