I am a North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist (LMBT #23044) and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist (MLD-C), specializing in lymphatic concerns, post-surgical recovery, and Lipedema-informed care. I am also a Level II Reiki practitioner, integrating subtle energy work for clients seeking a restorative, holistic approach. My sessions focus on flow, alignment, and renewal through gentle touch, supporting the bodys natural ability to restore balance. After multiple surgeries and personal experience with MLD, I feel called to offer compassionate, informed care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
