Heather Schmidt is a Licensed Massage Therapist and integrative bodywork practitioner committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. Techniques may include Swedish and relation-focused massage, targeted therapeutic work, myofascial techniques, lymphatic support, and assisted stretching, depending on what is most appropriate for the client. In addition to massage therapy, Heather offers Reiki as an option for clients who benefit from energetic support, calming of the nervous system, or assistance with stress management. For clients interested in holistic nervous system regulation, she incorporates gentle sound and vibrational tools as a non-invasive, relation-oriented therapy.
I use firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state. Generally, this is a full body massage but can be modified upon request. If you are recovering from an injury, please book the Injury Treatment massage instead. The prices include travel time and a full 60/90 minutes of massage.
