I started my journey as a Massage Therapist in October of 2013 when I graduated from Blue Sky School of Massage. My goal at Total Body Massage is to allow my clients to rediscover their sense of wellness with a personalized therapies that nuture the total body. I specialize in therapeutic massage which includes deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and the ever popular swedish relaxation massage. I do also do Lymphatic and pre-natal massge as part of my wellness series. Experience the stillness within the therapeutic session and be restored and rejuvinated at the end of each session.
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
