My name is Skylar Hoos, Im a Licensed Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Technician, and Certified Stretch Practitioner. Ive been doing bodywork and linear modalities for 8 years now, specializing in athletic recovery and flexibility. So far in my career Ive had amazing opportunities that led me to work at award winning Chiropractic facilities, be nominated to be a master trainer and practitioner for StretchLab, work with Team USA Weightlifting athletes, and for the past 4 years, with NFL and D1 football players as a soft tissue specialist. With these experiences I was blessed to be a part of, I have learned how passionate I am about what I do. No matter who the person on my bench is, overall wellness and getting people to live a pain free life is my biggest, most fulfilling motivator.
