Suzette is certified (40 hours) in the Vodder Technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and has taken an additional 28 hours of advanced MLD training for post-surgical recovery. She has completed a certificate in Somatic Healing practices and has 27 years of experience as a trauma-informed therapist; helping clients to release trauma and achieve optimal nervous system regulation. Suzette does therapeutic massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage for those with sluggish or impaired lymph systems, post- surgical needs, working with people with chronic medical issues, autoimmune issues and those who experience anxiety and depression.
Each session is tailored to your needs, using neuromuscular therapy, cupping, orthopedic massage, and myofascial work to target specific pain or concerns. A 60-minute session is ideal for quick tune-ups or targeting specific concerns. The 90- and 120-minute sessions allow for full-body treatment.
