I offer massage that is personalized to your unique needs, incorporating a variety of massage modalities to bring about relaxation and healing. I blend Eastern and Western techniques to help you find balance and transformation through intuitive touch and mindful movement. My therapeutic massage training began in 2002 and includes a background in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Tui-na, Shiatsu, and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage. I am also a yoga instructor and nature guide. I believe deeply in the healing power of nature, movement and mindfulness to bring restoration and renewal.
