As a lifelong athlete, I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. My background is in muscle rehabilitation. I have been a licensed massage therapist in Vancouver since 1999. I specialize in sports injuries, car accidents and post-surgical rehab massage. I was the Portland Winterhawks massage therapist for 7 years. I have also worked with chiropractors for over 16 years. I am certified in personal training from the National academy of sports medicine. I believe in incorporating massage and stretching techniques along with strengthening the muscle tissue to fully heal an injury. I recently competed at the INBA/PNBA Emerald State natural bodybuilding competition. I placed 1st in the novice and 1st in the open category for men's physique. I am blessed to have my wife as my best friend. We have two amazing children.
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.
