Im Olivia Murphy, a Whidbey Island native and Licensed Massage Therapist. I bring a grounded and intuitive approach to massage therapy and energy healing, focusing on deep tissue, fascial techniques, and nervous system regulation. Deep tissue massage focused on pain relief and relaxation. Heartwood works through layers of muscle and fascia to unwind long-held tension, soothe chronic pain, and regulate the nervous system. With focused pressure and grounded touch, move from pain and tension into balance and ease. Cupping, warm bamboo & hot stone are incorporated to elevate your session. 2 hrs is highly recommended for new clients, and/or if you want full body.
