Enjoy 2.5 hours of relaxation and healing on an amethyst infrared grounding mat to reduce inflammation and warm the body. Begin with a 90-minute massage blending Thai techniques, stretching, trigger-point work, cupping, and scraping to relieve pain and tension. Finish with an hour of energy work to restore balance.
