What do you have on your plate today? You are probably laughing and saying to yourself, "What I don't have on my plate today is a shorter list!" So many of us try to cram a ton of things into our day and find little time to really "Just Be". You may be telling yourself, "I don't have time for that." I get it. I am guilty of trying to put too too much into my day. However, our bodies will only let us get away with it for only so long. Eventually, our physical, emotional, and spiritual health suffer... big time . I invite you to take just 30, 50, or 65-minutes to relax and "Just Be". YOU are worth it. The types of massages I offer are all on the more gentler side: Swedish (relaxation), gentle therapeutic stretches, lymph drainage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. I am not your deep tissue gal. You will leave my office relaxed, refreshed, and ready to meet the rest of your day.
