Sara Godfrey is a Nationally Certified and North Carolina licensed as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist, as well as a North Carolina licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over 22 years of experience. Sara specializes in Medical Massage Therapy, Spinal Flow Technique and JFB Myofascial Release. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR I, II, FP, UW), Muscle Energy Techniques, Strain Counter-Strain, Therapeutic Stretch,Neuromuscular or Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish and Deep Tissue Techniques .
