Kristen Rose Duncan brings 23 years of experience as a PT & Bodyworker in Canada, offering a refined blend of advanced clinical knowledge and integrative, holistic techniques in her practice in Washington. Kristen has excellent assessment skills in determining contributing factors to pain, and has studied both conventional and non-conventional modalities through the course of her career. Treatments may incorporate Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Stecco Fascial Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy (Uplegder and Milne), Tuning Forks, and Vacuum Cupping Therapy. If you have long-standing pain, are recovering from injury, want to enhance your mobility or flexibility, or need a nervous system reset and deep relaxation, Kristen can draw from a number of different modalities to assist you. When not working, Kristen can be found hiking in the North Cascades, paddleboarding or working in her garden.
Treatment modalities will be chosen/provided based on a thorough assessment and your needs. I provide treatment-focused massage and bodywork that address imbalances and compensations, and aims to restore proper biomechanics, nervous system relaxation, and flow.
