I'm so glad you're here! Let me introduce myself: Im Jon Musgrave, a LGBTQIA+ friendly massage therapist practicing Compassionate Structural Bodywork in Union Square, Manhattan. I specialize in helping clients with pain and injury issues work through their troubles over a course of sessions that includes bodywork, body awareness work, and pain management techniques to help unravel the physical and mental turmoil of being in pain. My approach is deep but non-painful and works with the body rather than against the body to unravel the stuck places in the body.
