When I was in fourth grade, I was diagnosed with patellar maltrackinga condition where my knee was misaligned and would frequently pop out of place. This caused accidental falls, a limited range of motion, and significant pain while walking. Faced with two optionsphysical therapy or surgerymy parents and I chose physical therapy. After months of treatment, I was able to walk pain-free! I was amazed by the bodys ability to heal and repair itself. That experience sparked a deep desire to help others, just as my therapist helped me. Years later, I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Lander University and studied Clinical Massage Therapy at Midlands Technical College. I am passionate about how massage improves one's quality of life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe true healing comes from an integrated approach that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. It is an honor to be a vessel of healing, and I approach each session with intention, prayer, and gratitude for the opportunity to support others on their wellness journey. My goal and prayer are that every client I work with will leave feeling better than when they arrived.
