A blend of Deep Tissue massage and Myofascial Release targets adhesions in both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal acute and chronic imbalances and injuries, while being relaxing for the nervous system. A shorter session may or may not address only targeted areas of the body, depending on the client's requests.
