Hi! My name is Olivia Mitchell and I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in NC with a desire to be a resource for clients on their wellness journey. I became licensed as a massage therapist in 2020 and earned my Associate Degree in Applied Sciences from the medical-based Therapeutic Massage program at Forsyth Technical Community College in 2022. I like to think of my style as the best of both worlds - focused, goal-oriented bodywork blended with relaxing, therapeutic touch aimed at relaxing tight muscles and soothing stressed nervous systems. My goal to work with wellness-minded clients and showcase the true benefits of massage therapy beyond just the muscular relaxation. As someone who is also a reiki practitioner and energy-worker, I believe that massage therapy is an amazing way to address not only the body, but every aspect of the mind-body-spirit connection. I want to show my clients that massage is not just a luxury, but a means of prioritizing your physical, mental, and energetic wellbeing for a happier and healthier life.
