Elizabeth Norman, LMBT #22862 Hi, I'm Elizabeth a heart-centered massage therapist with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through healing touch. My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that even the smallest spark of care can reignite someones inner fire especially during times of burnout or stress. Before entering the massage therapy field, I spent 16 years in the service industry, where I developed a strong sense of how to meet peoples needs with empathy and attention. That experience taught me the value of listening not just with ears, but with hands and heart. I am a proud boy mom to one incredible son, and I carry that nurturing spirit into every session. I graduated from Forsyth Technical Community Colleges massage program and am excited to bring my skills and dedication to Brookstown Wellness. Whether you need deep relaxation, therapeutic relief, or just space to breathe again I'm here to help you feel renewed, restored, and cared for.
