As a Medical Massage Provider, I aim to find the root of clients pain and hypertonicity. Assessment helps me better understand how you engage your body through every day activities. I enjoy working with people one on one. I bring an awareness to you, that opens up conscious breath and movements in your body. My clients often have a realization that their body is capable of more than they had once thought. This also comes with a decrease in pain of restricted focus areas as well as an increase in range of motion and improved posture.
Full- Length 30 minute and 60 minute appointments. In this appointment we'll go over your Goals, Postural Assessment, Range of Motion Evaluation. I offer varying pressures light, moderate and deep.
