After graduating from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle in 2013, I began working in the chiropractic office of Dr. Roy Evans in Olympia, WA. Working in a clinical office has given me 9 years of experience in aiding those suffering from whiplash injuries, sciatica,migraines, carpal tunnelsyndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, sports and workinjuries, postural deviations, and those suffering from myofascial pain. I havecompleted over 1000 hours of training and 11 years of experience in multiple techniques, including injury treatment massage, deep tissue, myofascial release techniques, prenatal massage and Swedish relaxation massage. In April of 2023 I received my attunement at the Reiki Master level in Usui Reiki from Daisy Thompson at the Northwest Healing Studio in Seattle, WA. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that can address physical ailments, emotional and mental issues, and open the connection between ones spiritual body and the Universe. Through channeling Reiki to the client I am able to help balance the seven major chakras and create harmony on all levels of being.
