Throughout my career of nearly three decades as a Licensed Massage Therapist I have focused on my clients needs to reduce discomfort in their lives. As a client you will experience massage techniques dedicated not only to pinpointing sources of bodily discomfort but also to the stimulation by way of muscular manipulation designed to increase circulation, therefore reducing those toxins causing pain and/or discomfort. I am a graduate of the Florida School of Massage, one of the most noted schools of Massage Therapy at that time. Further, as a Licensed Massage Therapist I have countless hours of continuing education and formal training in my field in order to stay abreast of new modalities in my profession.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
