Greetings! My name is George Charlton and I am a Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist (#8324) and the Owner of Shoreline Therapeutic Massage in Niantic CT. While I know several massage modalities, I integrate them all to best meet my client's needs. This approach has proved effective in bringing pain relief and relaxation. My hands on experience as a musician, carpenter, and contractor, have brought me to the field of Massage Therapy with a honed sensitivity to creativity, keen observational skills that facilitate smooth execution of flow, and continuity in my body work. Currently, I have over 720 hours in massage eduction through the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (Groton, CT.), Independent CEUs and self-study. I embrace a holistic lifestyle, by keeping my body fit, my mind actively engaged, and a moment to moment meditation practice. I feel learning is a life long process. I am continually expanding my base of knowledge for massage therapy, fitness, and healthy living. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and hands on experience with massage therapy.
