Most of my life has been about caregiving. I have been a daughter, a mom, a wife and a great employee for most of it. Now is the time when I can translate that giving of care into an experience that enriches my life as well as the lives of others. Massage therapy is an outlet that helps me channel energy, thoughts and feelings into making a better world. Being a military and law enforcement wife, I have a heart to help in the healing process for those who serve. So many of our service members & First Responders face debilitating PTSD both during and after service, Many suffer alone. I believe that a healing touch and understanding attitude can go a long way to bringing peace back into their lives. We should all care for each other.
A personalized therapeutic massage experience designed to support relaxation, pain relief, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Sessions may incorporate relaxation techniques, focused therapeutic work, myofascial release, cupping, gua sha, cranial sacral therapy, and aromatherapy, depending on your individual needs. Expect a calm, slower-paced, spa-like atmosphere where healing and deep relaxation can naturally unfold. All prices will have 6% Service tax added.
