Reflexology
A sugar or salt scrub is massaged onto the feet just before they are enveloped in hot towels. While the feet soak in the warmth, the hands receive reflexology for about 10 minutes unless another area is requested, such as neck and shoulders. Then the feet receive reflexology, pressing and massaging each location associated with each part of the body. A full session would generally be completed in 60 minutes. Adding additional time would include massage for the rest of the body.
