She specializes incustom integrative massage by using a variety of techniques including deep tissue,sports, Swedish, and using silicone cups, hot stones, paired with essential oils in each treatment.Recently adding Himalayan sound therapy to the service menu. She is also a ReikiMaster Practitioner and incorporates this modality with bodywork upon request.As a Colorado native, she loves spending free time exploring outdoors with her husband anddog Luna, hiking and traveling.
