Jesseca employs a therapeutic approach that combines Swedish massage, Trigger Point/Direct Pressure techniques, heat therapies, stretching, and more. This creates a soothing massage experience that effectively targets areas with high muscle tension. Her method emphasizes healing while addressing muscle imbalances throughout the body. In 2014, Jesseca graduated from the massage therapy program at Carrington College California. She obtained her Massage Therapist License in Idaho in April 2024 and in Washington in January 2025. Additionally, she completed a Certified Personal Training program with a focus on Stretch Coaching and Corrective Exercise Specialties in Spring 2025. Jesseca's mission is to foster wellness in her community by promoting healthy living, relaxation, and self-care.
